These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Neeranta Beverages Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), having its registered office at 3, Samved Complex, Mahavirnagar, Himatnagar – 383001, Gujarat, India.

These terms apply to all visitors, commercial clients, retailers, institutional buyers, distribution partners, and any individual or entity inquiring about or ordering our packaged drinking water products. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should immediately cease use of our services and website.

Neeranta Beverages Private Limited is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of packaged drinking water and mineral water brands:

• ARAVIA Premium Mineral Water: Refined packaged water presented in 200 ml, 500 ml, and 1 Litre bottles.
• ARAVIA GOLD: Luxury black-and-gold packaged drinking water presented in 200 ml, 500 ml, and 1 Litre formats.
• VARY Packaged Drinking Water: Active, everyday hydration presented in 200 ml, 500 ml, and 1 Litre sizes.

While we take utmost care to ensure all descriptions, images, label specifications, and bottle renders on the website are accurate, minor variations in packaging artwork, label print batches, and cap colors may occur due to technical production or supply chain enhancements.

Submitting an enquiry via our website forms, WhatsApp, or phone (+91 63535 30924) does not constitute a legally binding supply agreement. A formal order is deemed accepted only when:

• An official commercial quotation/proforma invoice is issued by our authorized sales team.
• Agreed advance payment or commercial credit terms are confirmed in writing.
• Stock availability, batch dispatch dates, and logistics feasibility are mutually acknowledged.

All prices quoted for wholesale, institutional, HORECA, and bulk orders are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under the laws of India. Transportation charges, transit insurance, and unloading fees shall be explicitly defined in commercial agreements. The Company reserves the right to revise pricing based on raw material costs, regulatory updates, or fuel fluctuations with prior commercial notification.

Delivery timelines provided during bulk or distributor discussions are estimates based on standard logistics. While we make every effort to adhere to schedules:

• The Company shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising from force majeure, road blockages, extreme weather, strikes, or third-party carrier delays.
• Inspection on Delivery: The buyer/consignee must inspect the seals, carton quantities, and bottle condition immediately upon delivery. Any transit damage or shortages must be endorsed on the proof of delivery (POD) and reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Parties applying for distributorship understand that territory allocation, exclusivity, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and credit terms are governed by separate, formal Distribution Agreements signed between the applicant and Neeranta Beverages Private Limited.

All brand names, trademarks, logos, graphics, bottle mould designs, label artworks, and marketing content associated with NEERANTA BEVERAGES, ARAVIA, ARAVIA GOLD, and VARY are the exclusive intellectual property of Neeranta Beverages Private Limited and protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957 of India.

No person, distributor, retailer, or competitor may reproduce, copy, mimic, or use our brand names, bottle labels, or marketing media without our express prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Neeranta Beverages Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products, improper storage by third parties after delivery, or technical unavailability of this website.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including commercial contracts, supply disputes, or dealership matters) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

The courts at Himatnagar, Sabarkantha District, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes or proceedings arising hereunder.

We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website or repeated commercial orders following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
